Monday, September 21 Diagnostic Exam DUE
New students should pick up the diagnostic test from Kelly Macias or Matt Johnston
in Eckhart 108 the week of September 14-18. You should answer as many questions
as you can and give the test (along with
your copy of the exam) to your advisor by 5:00 pm on Monday, September 21,
or earlier if possible. Master’s students should set aside a total of 3 hours
for the exam; PhD students, 6 hours. The purpose of the diagnostic test is to
help your advisor better advise you on the courses you need to take, so you
should not do last-minute preparation–just complete the test to the best
of your current ability.
